Operation ability

  • Scheduled flights are operated only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Charter flights are available on other days.
  • Only 12 seats on a helicopter flight.
  • Flights are operated with a minimum of 06 guests per flight.

Children policy

  • Children below 2 years old: Free of charge
  • Children 2 – 11 years old: 75% adult price
  • Children 12 years old and above: adult price

Case of force majeure: Bad weather or helicopter condition

  • We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a flight at any time from 2h to 30m prior to the departure time.
  • Booking of the customer can be changed on the flight without charge or 100% refund.
  • If you have one-day tour to Halong Bay, when the helicopter flight is cancelled, it becomes hard to continue the tour.
  • If you have 2 or 3-day tour to Halong Bay, we will arrange private car or minivan for transfer by road instead. The expense will be advised on our tour confirmation.
