Flights are operated with a minimum of 06 guests per flight.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a flight at any time from 2h to 30m prior to the departure time.
Booking of the customer can be changed on the flight without charge or 100% refund.
If you have one-day tour to Halong Bay, when the helicopter flight is cancelled, it becomes hard to continue the tour.
If you have 2 or 3-day tour to Halong Bay, we will arrange private car or minivan for transfer by road instead. The expense will be advised on our tour confirmation.
